Baraka Blue & Oludamini Ogunnaike We are honored to host Baraka Blue to commemorate his upcoming book, The Art of Remembrance. We will spend Friday night listening to his poems and reflections and will shift on Saturday to teachings from his course, “Knowledge of Self: The Servant and the Steward.” He will be joined by Oludamini Ogunnaike, a scholar of Islamic, African, and Religious Studies, with a focus on the intellectual and artistic dimensions of West African Sufism and Ifa, an indigenous Yoruba religious tradition. |
